Rebuilt Title What is a Rebuilt Salvage Title? A salvage title is issued to indicate a vehicle that had damage, then purchased from the insurance company or an auction. When a vehicle with a salvage title has been repaired or rebuil, it can be titled and registered for road use again. 2008 Lincoln Navigator L Limited Edition Vehicle has been my wife's daily driver for the past 6 years (we are the 2nd owners). We have raised three boys in this car, so their are a few stains in the carpet that will need to be shampooed out. The interior is two tone leather. Overall the leather is in good shape for its age minus a tear in the front passenger's seat. Mechanically the car runs good.
